Step 3. Qualify the Buyer Financially: Once the acceptable price, and then the terms are established, based on your needs and comfort level.
We then Delivering an “Maximum Market Offer” from a qualified buyer(s) that meets or exceeds your expectations.
Step 4. Qualify the Buyer Culturally. We help you team up with a Complimenting Entity: Sell your business, “your baby”, “your retirement vehicle” to a firm that will maximize the continuation of your values after the sale with your employees and customers.
Step 5. Qualify the Buyer for Maximized Personal Traits: Integrity, Empathy, Humility, Honesty, Respectful of others and displays an overall sense of Gratitude. Bottom lines, we want to sell the agency to a “Good Person !”. THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT STEPS and often the most overlooked elements of a deal.
