How we work:
Here’s what we will do with and for you when you are ready: We will take you through my Maximized Agency Value™ Process, which consists of 5 steps:
Step 1. Conduct a Professional Market Valuation of your book of business and present various payout scenarios. Present you with the number and explain how we got to it.
Step 2. Increase Value: We will share and help you position your agency in ways that increase its value to potential buyers. There are small things that can be done, that can go a long way toward achieving this. Packaging and presentation are key when maximizing an agency’s value and ultimately the price that you receive at sale.
Step 3. Qualify the Buyer Financially: Once
we have an acceptable price, we then establish the terms, based on your needs
and comfort level.
We then deliver a “Maximum Market Offer” from a qualified buyer(s) that meets or exceeds your expectations.
Step 4. Qualify the Buyer Culturally: We help you team up with a Complementing Entity to sell your business — “your baby,” your retirement vehicle — to a firm that will maximize the continuation of your values with your employees and customers after the sale.
Step 5. Qualify the Buyer for Maximized Personal Traits: These traits include integrity, empathy, humility, honesty, respect for others, and an overall sense of gratitude. Bottom line: We want to sell the agency to a “Good Person.” This is one of the most important steps and often the most overlooked element of a deal.
